rosemary raspberry mousse at Blikle
Blikle is a famous Warsaw cafe and confectioner that makes traditional Polish pastries. It is nice to see them experimenting a little with this dessert, a rosemary and raspberry mouse. The outer shell seems to be a very thin layer of white chocolate. On the inside the mousse is creamy and cool. Now if there would just be some sun here, this dessert would be a perfect treat on a hot day.

The weather this summer in Warsaw has been dreadful. Every day it is raining and it isn't very warm. Basically, unsummer-like conditions. But, with each waking day, there is still a little hope left that the rain will finally go away.
