U Kucharzy

One of my favorite places in Warsaw-- U Kucharzy on Krakowskie Przedmiescie across the street from Hotel Bristol--- 20 złoty per person (3 courses) with kitchen views, cooks, all-you-can-drink kompot (cooked fruit drink served chilled) piano, ambiance and all.
