Zelazowa Wola is the childhood home of Chopin and is just outside of Warsaw. You can visit his old house and just spend the day exploring exploring the gardens. I especially thought that the cakes were cute there...take the bus from the Chopin Museum in Warsaw (30 zloty round trip) and come on a Sunday for free afternoon piano concerts.
