You can spot these kraty, decorative window barriers, all over Poland. They are in different colors, shapes and patterns. Sometimes the designs are more geometric while other times they can resemble a delicate lace pattern. While they are generally disliked, I think they are a creative and more attractive option to the typical safety bars that you see in North American urban apartments.
