Tbilisi is one of my favorite places to eat in Warsaw. It is a family owned Georgian restaurant/cafe/take out open only during the day. The food is delicious, the staff is very nice and it is so inexpensive. My favorite is the chzacapuri-- Georgian crepes (the dough tastes more like pizza dough than crepes) with Georgian cheese and a spiced yogurt sauce on the side. The soups are also fantastic-- very fresh, usually with veal and fresh herbs.
